1. What the Account Manager Does
The Account Manager in AHK Vault lets you run several Roblox accounts at the same time on one PC. You add your accounts once, then launch one or many of them into any game, sort them into groups, check that their logins still work and let the manager rejoin them if Roblox closes. Open it from Account Manager in the left bar of the app.
It is for Windows, and it is separate from the macros: you can use it on its own.
2. Before You Start
- Close every Roblox window first. The app asks "Are you sure?" when you open the Account Manager because it needs all your open Roblox windows closed before it runs.
- Windows may ask for admin permission. Roblox only lets one copy run, so the manager clears that lock to let more accounts open. It keeps clearing it about once a minute, so your extra accounts are not closed after a few minutes.
- Protect your accounts. The manager stores a login for each account (called a cookie). Never send an account's cookie to anyone and never post it in Discord. Read our safety guide too.
3. Adding an Account
Press Add Account and pick how to connect:
- Roblox Integrated Sign-In: signs in through an official Roblox window, so passkeys, 2FA, QR codes and passwords all work. This is the easiest way.
- Paste .ROBLOSECURITY Cookie: imports a login you already have. Log into Roblox in your web browser, press
F12, open Storage (or Application), then Cookies, thenroblox.com, and copy the value of.ROBLOSECURITY. Paste it in and the manager checks it before saving.
If you already copied a cookie, the Paste Cookie button under the account list adds it straight from your clipboard. When an account's login expires later, use Re-authenticate (right-click the account) instead of adding it again.
4. The Account List
The list on the left shows every account. Click an account to select it, select several to launch them together, and use Select All and Clear. Use the search box to find an account by username, alias, group or tag, and the group and tag filters to narrow the list. Double-click an account to launch it. Drag accounts to put them in the order you like.
| Dot | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | In a game right now. |
| Blue | Online, but not in a game. |
| Red | Offline. |
| Grey | Not checked yet. |
The big boxes at the top show how many accounts are in a game and online, and the launch delay. Right-click an account for more:
| Right-click option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Launch Account / Launch N Selected | Starts Roblox for that account (or all the selected ones). |
| Edit Account | Change the name, cookie or notes. |
| Remove | Moves the account to Recently Removed. |
| Copy .ROBLOSECURITY Cookie | Copies the account's cookie. Treat it like a password. |
| Check Cookie Health | Checks whether the account's login is still valid. |
| Move Up / Move Down / Pin Account | Changes the order, or pins the account to the top. |
| Set Favorite Place | Saves a game you can launch this account into quickly. |
| Set Group / Set Tags | Sorts accounts into groups and tags (works on several selected accounts). |
| Set Custom Roblox Executable | Uses a different Roblox for this account. |
| Re-authenticate | Signs the account in again when its cookie has expired (by Roblox sign-in or by pasting a cookie). |
5. Launching Into a Game
Select one or more accounts, open the Launch Game tab, fill in the game and press Launch Selected.
| Box or button | What it means |
|---|---|
| Place ID | The number of the game. It is the number in the game's web address (for example roblox.com/games/16732694052/...). |
| Job ID (optional) | A specific server of that game. Leave it empty to let Roblox pick a server. |
| Launch Selected | Starts Roblox for every account you have selected, one after another. |
| Shuffle ID | When on, and you gave a Place ID but no Job ID, it picks a random public server for you. |
| Server List | Shows the public servers of that game. Pick one and press Join Selected, or press Random Server. |
| Server Hopping | Set Min Players and Max Players, then press Hop Until Match to join a server with a player count in that range. |
| Saved Servers (Favorite Server Preset) | Servers you saved. Pick one to launch straight into it. |
| Roblox Username (Follow / Join User) | Type a Roblox username and press the button to join the server that person is in right now. |
| Launch History | The games you launched before. Double-click an entry to launch it again with the selected account. |
6. Names, Notes, Groups and Tags
In the Account Settings tab you can give the selected account a Display Name / Alias, a note, a Group Name and Tags (separated by commas), then press the Save button next to each one. The note shows under the account in the list.
Groups can have a game saved for them. Open Manage and then Group Presets, pick a group, set its Place ID (and a Job ID if you want a certain server), press Save Preset, then Launch Entire Group to start every account in that group in that game.
7. Automation and Safety
The Automation & Safety tab holds the settings that keep a farm running:
| Setting | What it means |
|---|---|
| Launch Delay (ms) | How long to wait between accounts when you launch several at once. Between 500 and 10000 ms; the default is 3500. |
| Auto-rejoin on crash or disconnect | Watches every Roblox window the manager launched. If one closes (a crash, a disconnect or you closing it), it launches that account back into the same game. |
| Max Rejoin Attempts | How many times it tries before giving up on an account (the default is 3). It tells you when it gives up. |
| Rate Limit (seconds between launches) | Stops the same account being launched again too soon. 0 turns it off. |
Cookie health
The manager checks every account's login about every 15 minutes. Open Manage and then Cookie Health Dashboard to see them all, and Bulk Cookie Refresh to re-authenticate the ones that need it.
| Cookie health | What it means |
|---|---|
| OK | The account is signed in and works. |
| Cookie Expired | Roblox no longer accepts the saved login. Re-authenticate the account. |
| Banned/Terminated (guess) | The login is dead and the account looks like it no longer exists. This is a guess, so check the account on Roblox yourself. |
| Not checked yet | It has not been checked yet. |
Live Status overlay
Manage then Live Status Overlay opens a small window that stays on top of your other windows and shows your accounts' status at a glance. It is also in the Quick Tools in the Automation & Safety tab.
8. Preferences
Open Manage then Preferences, change what you need and press Save Configuration.
| Preference | What it means |
|---|---|
| Launch Delay between accounts (ms) | The same delay as above. |
| Custom Roblox executable path | Where RobloxPlayerBeta.exe is. Press Auto-Detect Path to find it, or Browse Executable to pick it yourself. The manager also notices when Roblox updates and refreshes the saved path. |
| Start with Windows minimized | Starts AHK Vault with Windows, minimized. |
9. Backups and Removed Accounts
- Export Encrypted Backup saves your accounts to a backup file (
.rbxbak). The file is locked to your Windows user account, so it cannot be opened on another PC or by another Windows user. Keep it safe anyway. - Import Backup File adds the accounts from a backup. An account that is already in the manager is skipped, and it tells you how many were added.
- Recently Removed keeps accounts you removed for 7 days. Tick them and press Restore Selected to bring them back.
- Launch History, Launch Stats and Group Presets are in the same Manage menu.
10. Troubleshooting
- It says to close Roblox first: close every Roblox window (check the system tray too) and open the Account Manager again.
- An account will not launch: check its cookie health. If it says Cookie Expired, re-authenticate it. Then check the Roblox path in Preferences (press Auto-Detect Path).
- "Rate limit - wait Ns": you launched that account again too soon. Wait, or set the Rate Limit to 0.
- An account keeps being relaunched, then stops: auto-rejoin gave up after the Max Rejoin Attempts. Check the account, then launch it again.
- Something else: open Manage then Debug Log Console. You can use Test Cookie there and Copy All to copy the log for a staff ticket.
