1. Who can use AHK Vault

AHK Vault provides AutoHotkey-powered automation macros for Roblox. You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement with us and are not barred from doing so under any applicable law. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use AHK Vault only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Intellectual property & closed source

AHK Vault, including its launcher, macros, source code, build artifacts, assets, and branding, is closed source and remains our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software for its intended purpose only.

You may not:

• ·Decompile, decode, reverse engineer, disassemble, deobfuscate, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or macro keys of AHK Vault. Doing so will result in the immediate suspension of your account, without warning or refund.
• ·Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or publicly host any part of the software or its macros.
• ·Modify, tamper with, or bypass any licensing, authentication, or delivery mechanism, including the server-delivered macro key.
• ·Use AHK Vault to build, train, or seed a competing product or service.

3. Acceptable use & conduct

You agree to use AHK Vault lawfully and in a way that does not harm us, other users, or third parties. Our Discord server is part of the service, and its rules apply to your account. Breaking our Discord server rules will result in a suspension of your account. Suspensions may apply to your website account, launcher access, and Discord membership together.

You additionally agree not to:

• ·Share, sell, or transfer your account or access credentials to anyone else.
• ·Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, staff tools, or infrastructure.
• ·Abuse, threaten, harass, or defraud other members or staff.
• ·Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service, its updates, or its delivery systems.

4. Third-party platforms

AHK Vault is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, AutoHotkey, Discord, or Stripe. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. Automation may violate the rules of the games or platforms you use it on, and any consequences on those platforms — including bans — are your responsibility, not ours.

5. VIP subscriptions & payments

AHK Vault offers an optional VIP subscription, available monthly ($3.99) or yearly ($32.99), billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation stops future renewals while leaving your current paid period active until it expires.

No refunds. All payments are final. If you have purchased a VIP monthly or yearly subscription and your account is suspended:

• ·You will not receive a refund for any portion of your subscription, used or unused.
• ·Your VIP status does not grant immunity from suspension, moderation, or enforcement of these terms.
• ·Access to VIP features may be revoked immediately as part of a suspension.

Prices, plans, and included benefits may change. Where required, we will give reasonable notice of changes before they affect your next renewal.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AHK Vault, in whole or in part, at our discretion — including for violations of these terms, reverse engineering, Discord rule breaks, chargebacks, fraud, or conduct that harms the service or its community. Suspension may be immediate and without prior notice where the violation warrants it. You may stop using the service at any time.

To secure accounts, enforce suspensions, and prevent ban evasion and account sharing, we collect and associate a hardware identifier (HWID) with your account, stored as a one-way hash. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

AHK Vault is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, undetectable, or compatible with any given game or update.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AHK Vault and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of accounts, data, profits, or in-game progress arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of AHK Vault after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
