Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service, secure it, and process payments:

• ·Discord account data. When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and avatar. We use this to create and identify your account.
• ·Account & role data. Your role, VIP status, tokens, and related settings within AHK Vault.
• ·Payment data. VIP subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Stripe processes your card details directly — we never see or store your full card number. We retain a Stripe customer/subscription reference and your plan status.
• ·Technical & security data. IP address, a hashed hardware identifier (HWID) derived from your device, session tokens, and activity needed to keep sessions active, prevent abuse, detect account sharing, and enforce bans. We store the HWID as a one-way hash and use it only for security and moderation.
• ·Audit logs. Records of significant account and staff actions, kept for security and moderation.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• ·Provide, maintain, and improve the launcher, macros, and website.
• ·Authenticate you and keep your session secure.
• ·Process VIP subscriptions and manage renewals, cancellations, and access.
• ·Enforce our Terms & Conditions and Discord rules, including detecting reverse engineering, abuse, and fraud.
• ·Communicate with you about your account, including VIP expiry notices sent via Discord.

3. Third-party services

We rely on trusted third parties to operate AHK Vault. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy:

• ·Discord — authentication (OAuth), community, and notifications.
• ·Stripe — payment processing for VIP subscriptions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service, comply with the law, or protect our rights and users.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Security and audit records may be retained longer to enforce bans, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

5. Cookies & sessions

We use strictly necessary cookies and session tokens to keep you signed in and to secure your account. These are required for the site to function and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

6. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including server-side delivery of sensitive macro keys and restricted staff access to user data. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices & rights

You can review your account details after signing in, cancel your VIP subscription at any time, and stop using the service whenever you like. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, contact us through our Discord server.

8. Children's privacy

AHK Vault is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Significant changes may be announced through our Discord server.
